usual crappy day today. Well probably worse as if it can get any with lino giving out councilling to anyone who breaks any rules like not signing pda's out or forgetting them to people being prepped tested and then invited to interview to explain why they are so slow.

Any other offices being given councilling (well having to explain why you didn't do something then having to sign a piece of paper, thus called so)?
Also is councilling a stepping stone to move to disaplinaries?

Before I started at RM, I was dating someone who worked for RM.

I told him to tell his manager that if he ever rang the landline at 5am again, I'd knock him out...

Perhaps that's why the manager never liked me?!

Is there anything as stupid as a RM acting manager? :arrrghhh :arrrghhh :arrrghhh

Today was a rare enjoyable day. For some mad reason I accepted a half-walk on top of my own, but given the blazing sunshine, it wasn't bad to be outside. My walk only had six parcels as well which was just divine. However, I'm a bit annoyed that, having put all my d2ds out for the walk I was supposed to be on, I'm now on another walk, where I had to take my d2ds from the back of the bundle having not had time to prep them. The guy on the other walk gets an easy frakking ride meanwhile :arrrghhh. Plus I had a customer criticise my knock for being too loud. Hmm - I'll just tap at an inaudible volume from now on and stick a p739 through, yeah? In fact, maybe I should be like a couple of other postmen I know who don't knock at all and just shove a 739er through anyway?
