Just read Dave Wards comments about knocking on pensioners/vulnerable people to see if they are ok and contacting a trusted contact if they need help, all for the price of £6.50. FFS this man has to go, he is not fit to lead the CWU and his mate terry should join him. He manages to reduce your attendance by an hour while keeping the same workload, and then brags about it, then he expects you to have time to be care in the community, just so RM can make a bit more money. I'm sure a 10 minute RMTV video will train you to do this.
This is what happens when you sit in your swanky London office on £100 000 + a year for doing SFA. Totally out of touch with the membership.
