Happened to read Minutes for recent Health & Safety meeting at NDC whilst passing through. Can you believe that a protective screen for the ICCS station is still only being discussed ? Hundreds of drivers from around the country have to collect their Waybills from this desk, having travelled from Newcastle, Medway, Exeter, Preston and everywhere in between. Colleagues just protected by a temporary length of pallet wrap stretched across the front. Imagine if someone brought with them one of the more aggressive strains of the virus, could be spread country-wide within a day !
