That's the problem these days. They don't make things easy to fix. I thought that was a total waste, but on reading the description in YouTube, it appears it had a leaky drum unit. Oh well, at least it got a few thousand likes. Maybe that was worth more than a repair job anyway...

Yes, it stays in the 'outbox' until it's read then it gets put in the 'sent' part.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
