We don't need two guys who put their white shirts in the washing machine with a red sock. It's not rocket science - we deliver the mail and the jobs done. We don't need WCM, CI or any of these other abbreviations. We are the best no question. I regularly see parcels left on the wrong doorsteps delivered by the other courier firms some far away from where they should have been delivered.

Well ....... how dare they!? How have they got the bare faced balls to put that up ........ look at the crumpled state of the writing board!!!! Who put the skin on that? It’s an absolute outrage!! There should be an inquiry into this ......... At the very least it needs 10 senior managers working full time on a board of enquiry for at the bare minimum of 2 years to get to the bottom of this disgusting scandal! Every OPG should pray that those 2 poor men have not been scarred for life having to endure all those wrinkles........ ohhhh the humanity of it!!!

They are making trainers redundant throughout the country - how does square with what they are saying?
Roles training managers have also disappeared.
I don't think these guys have been near an office for a while - it is all about getting the mail out.
Staff improvement is not something I've seen in my region.
I am seeing some managerial responsibilities being farmed out to OPG / AG as managers leave the business.
Roles that were managerial grade are being changed and given to people on the floor.
They are making trainers redundant throughout the country - how does square with what they are saying?
Roles training managers have also disappeared.
I don't think these guys have been near an office for a while - it is all about getting the mail out.
