Went to the interview, got told that my abscences were extreme and how much I have cost RM down the last pence. Finally was told that the Stage 3 would'nt be issued and a Stage 2 would be re-issued.

It is good too hear good news for you and all the best to you and good health. I would have thought you would have your union rep in with you with that result and he must be a good one at that. But to cap it all it must be an enormous relief to you.

Yep my union rep was with me, he was with me for the other stage 3 interview, hes very good at his job, there is no way I would even consider going into any meeting with a DOM/LM without my rep, as some managers can be slippery b******s and I would'nt trust them as far as I could throw them.

It would be an interesting exercise to calculate how much incompetent managers have cost RM down to the last penny. A 'kin lot more than your 22 days absence.

Too right. Makes me laff all of this. Dom messing up annual leave and having to pay fortunes of docket out and then someones goes sick and they s**t themselves because that same DOM can sack you.
