Forgot to scan an international special
On Monday during the office "Huddle" the manager started off by saying that a special at the end of last week wasn't scanned..... I thought oh no....then he went on to say it was a 1pm Special Delivery that one of the lads had forgotten to scan and post, so a failure....Phew nothing to do with me. Even the manger said mistakes happen even with 1pm Specials now and again.
