There is no mention of ANY Christmas Bonus on there! Apparently, the rest of you got one saying that you would get the Bonus money this week, and giving conditions for it.

Why are we being singled out?
Is it just the RDCs, or is anyone else getting shafted?
Below on the letter posted but he has not posted it on the fourm is the christmas supplement = (BONUS) IT IS PAID ON THE 21/12/07 AND IT IS £100 AND ALL OFFICE'S ARE PAID IT BUT IS SUBJECT TO DEDUCTION'S ON THE 25/01/2008!.

I hate it when i am wrong and RDC's or some of the worker's of such office's may not get christmas supplement/bouns for i have looked in this and it is to do with a pay "AGREEMENT" made in march 2007 it is a wake up call to us all on how "AGREEMENT'S" can be used against us one and all.

The letter informs us that "Part time employees will receive the payment pro-rata to a 40 hour week according to their contracted hours on the date payment is made. However, part-time employees that vary their contractural hours and work full time for the majority of the Christmas pressure period will be paid the Christmas supplement in full". I am part time on a 30.5 hour contract and since November have worked 14.5 hours a week overtime bringing my weekly hours worked up to 45, but have only been paid £76.25 Christmas Bonus. What should I do to claim the £23.75 balance ?

I don't think that making your hours up with overtime counts.
They mean part time employees who are given full time (40 hour) contracts over the Xmas pressure period as they are in my mail centre.
