I am starting to think that some people believe if they insist enough its not them then it won't go any further. If its a confidence buidling issue thats fine, but people are better served if you tell them the brutal truth when they are in the deep excrement. After all its better to fight the battle you are having with all the infomration and understanding you can, rather than fighting the war you think you should. Keeping the high ground is good in theory, unless its written on a P45
