20 years no problems before.
Do not stress and in the mean time make sure you get all your atos reports (double check as well you have ALL of them as they lost some of mine and they miraculously re appeared when i threatened to sue them )...also get any doctors notes including ones from the hospital / especially the consultant and or doc.
mine was very helpful after a scan
also dont forget any physio reports.
Ive dealt with scumbags before and they do make mistakes....sometimes they have to to try and play dumb to get as close to "reasonable" as they can.

If you are still accused of "intimidating and aggressive behaviour" maybe you could claim that's what happens in this job, "going postal" being an expression meaning becoming extremely and uncontrollably angry, often to the point of violence, and usually in a workplace environment and deriving from a series of incidents from 1986 onward in which United States Postal Service (USPS) workers shot and killed managers, fellow workers, and members of the police or general public in acts of mass murder. Between 1986 and 1997, more than 40 people were gunned down by spree killers in at least 20 incidents of workplace rage. By comparison your alleged actions are trivial and do not merit any disciplinary action whatsoever.
