That's so true about the trousers falling down, why do they do it?... I've tried various waste sizes with/without belts, with/without shirt tucked in and nothing seems to prevent them from falling down and me having to constantly hitch them up whilst I'm walking along.

Perhaps RM braces should be included in the new uniform

So maybe the unfortunate use of the word waste was the correct word as it seems it was a waist :crazy: of time trying them WITH/WITHOUT belts as wacko74 said.

Why are the patch pockets...on the left? I know Lefties exist - Ive seen Paul McCartney on the telly - but most peeps are Righties!
Im gonna have to talk to the local UKIP rep now, lol!
Oh, and the new YDK, YKD or wotever shoes, that are made in Turkey...do they last?? Need a new pair of treads.

hi vis is a mandatory piece of RM uniform so why not have hi vis strips on clothing, everyone in our office and I believe all who had a WTLL session soon after one of our colleagues got killed in a delivery office yard signed the weekly sheet to accepting that all outdoor staff must wear a hi vis meaning if you are involved in an accident one of the first questions is, were you wearing an hi Vis. Nothing worse than wearing a hi vis on a hot sunny day or any other day actually.

Agree about small pockets and no facility for pens on polo shirts also sort out the hoods on the (non) waterproof coats.
NO bags on shoulders please except for Moya who keeps her big fat wage packet in hers

This has been in Courier several times. Basically proper hi-vis clothing/material which meets the required standards is limited to about 20 wash cycles. Just putting reflective strips on normal clothing would not meet requirements for daylight visibility.
