An either/or ballot isn't much use when both options are unpalatable.

you answered my question then, you couldn't hack the pressure in delivery so don't tell people to get a job somewhere else who is battling through the pressure everyday. quiet down.

Sadly I think the majority followed your example and just did what the union told them to.
Even more sadly they'll be the same guys moaning their faces off shortly when they realise exactly what a "can do culture" actually means.

The vast majority voted for BT2010...and spent the next 4 years whining about it. I don't think much will change with this agreement.

I've spent the last 20 odd years getting on with it, most of that time as a rep and no matter what agreement the members accept I do my best to get the best from it for my members, I've always accepted the decision of the membership but I've always retained the right to make my own mind up with regards to which way I vote and also the right to debate any flaws I might think there are as I see fit.

I certainly don't need a non member telling me what I should or shouldn't do with my union membership.

Get on with what exactly, being harassed, bullied, trying to complete impossible workloads - bet your arse you're not in deliveries.
like most of these MC cowboys and logistics - "I was in deliveries" but they aren't there now and have no idea what it's like. When it comes to the can do culture lets see what the shysters have got. Oh and personally - I will come out of the union.
