AGREE - unofficial action will give RM just what they want - GOVERNMENT BACKING.

With official action all RM can do is talk and same goes for No10

If we go unnofficial, the pressure will be immense and we will LOOSE EVERYTHING.

Oh and you can be sacked at the drop of a hat for unnoficial IA. That would save the RM millions in redundancy payments - they would LOVE to do it. Make their day.

i agree with opgat, we have endured 15 or so weeks of intimidation and scare tactics at watford but have resisted the urge to walk out unoffically its exactly what RM want, Every tatic they have deployed since this dispute started has been centered on us Walking. We have not, even when they suspended our rep he was back to work within 24hrs. i urge all those out on unoffical action go back and lets do this offically. WE HAVE THE UPPERHAND at the moment lets not through that away. I know starting times are a bitter pill to swallow, but get local ballots for industrial action going when you get a yes vote you can plan your own local action in conjuntion with the national. :lfo :lfo :lfo :cfo :cfo :cfo

MY UNDERSTANDING IS THAT THE OFFICES ON UNOFFICIAL WALK-OUTS HAVE NOT BEEN GIVEN 28 DAYS NOTICE - SO REALLY HAVE THE 2 CHOICES. WORK YOUR NORMAL (PRE OCT 8TH) HOURS OR WALK OUT TILL SOMETHINGS CORRECT HAS BEEN DONE - AGAIN, IT'S RM'S FAULT.

HEY LIVERPOOL ! I'M A BRUMMIE BUT EVEN I SUPPORT YOU !!! GIVE 'EM HELL!!!!!!

sorry but i was under the impression that every employee on deliveries at least was written to by Tom Melvin stating that we would all be moving to 0600 starts back in early sept. Am i wrong on this, and that all processing staff would chande their times W/C 22/10. :d'oh!

Get everything down on paper so that when this mess gets sorted the management have to deal with your grievance. Back today and guess what? The management are trying to antagonize the situation. Getting news that this is the same practise up and down the country.
