Personally people who cross the picket line I just don't bother with ,I would never be abusive to them I just bide my time and the first time something kicks off and they start ranting I just give them a gentle reminder of there actions :cuppa

If people want to go in that's up to them, no one knows their reasons. What I can't stand is people who vote yes to a strike and then don't have the conviction to strike, but expect others to loose pay on their behalf.

All I know is that in our office, over the years the only ones that have been sacked for thieving, have been people who have broken strikes, draw your own conclusions.

I have an idea who will be working in our office. There is there girl who is always seeking attention, her boyfriend who follows her like a lost little lamb, then the postman who is always on about his holidays and what the exchange rate is for £ v. $ v. Euro. There is the managers door mat who does what he is told but moans about it, and two brothers who think they run the place and get away with murder.
A couple of blokes who need every single penny will be on the picket line.

You have probably identified your office by that post, but hopefully not you yourself - I hope so anyway.

It would sound like any of the Offices I have worked in, there's always a few self serving bell ends everywhere. the pay back is when they need your help or a favour beyond your usual job requirement, thats when you can tell them to Foxtrot Oscar.

lmfao reading some of these comments especially the ones that condone violence and bullying, ive done 28 years on RM as a walking postie and been out on the gates many many times and never crossed but ive had m8's who have and in certain cases i respected why they crossed (debt, only one working in the family etc) and ive spoken to them like i would if they stood on the gates.Certain ones have gone in for greed and selfish ideas etc and i just chose not to speak to them unless it was concerning buisness.
I had a good friend back in the early 90's who came in and was treated by a couple of bully boy posties to physical and psychological abuse and he ended up finishing with stress and hasn't worked again!,ive also seen somebody come in and got that much abuse from one person it sent him over the edge and one sunday night went into the pub and tried to glass the said bully.Like ive said bullying isn't the solution and were not still stick in the 70's and 80's...this will be interesting how it pans out with our *great leaders* especially how they sold us down the river in 2010.

"This time" Have you gone out before ?

I understand you wanting to do the best for your family but you need to think in the long term when your reduced to a min wage. That wont be doing your family any good then.

The money we earn now is only reasonable because every now and then you have to fight for it.
