You aren't testing me. Its EASIER for them - Management.

They are relying on people not questioning them, or questioning the agreement.

It,s easier because they know that the duty has been completed earlier in the day and it allows them to get away earlier. Everything managers do is for their own benefit.

It's is easier because by the time the employee worries about if they have time to take their break all mail has been delivered
