whats your office rep like ?

Our's is trying his best,but it is a constant battle for him to try and convince the muppets who come in early that it is because of them that the dim's are trying to get us to lapse,our office opens at 0430 and their is at least 1 p/t waiting to come in,unbelievable I know but true.

for the guy/girl that grassed me in .... this post has nothing to do with me or my office .... next time get your facts right !!

There seems to be a lot of reps being grassed in by their colleagues.
Are they doing this out of the goodness of their own hearts or are they being actively recruited?

The two reps we had were sycophants to management..we have just had a branch election and got rid of one of them(wished it was both but hey ho!)the new one should be okay as he was a big gob..but I wouldn't be surprised if he squeaks under the chair or tows the CWU line soon...we should have voted for this guy
BOLTON POSTIE, i know these 2 guys and the problem isnt them, its a large percentage of the staff at bolton north. iF YOU WORK AT BOLTON NORTH you will know a good percentage start before there time,three quarters finish WELL before there finishing time.These guys are fighting a losing battle.

To fight a battle YOU FIRSTLY HAVE TO BE IN IT!
Why after months and months are the union still not getting the members to use Trolleys?
Why are the union not recruiting the new members in the office?
Why are the union still not engaging the members in this office I can't remember the last time we where addressed off any union rep!
Why are the union not stamping down on the weekly Walking wounded having to come in for a chat and being harassed in their own homes with phone calls sometimes late in the Evening?
Is it any wonder the members are `doing their own thing` when being encouraged to do so from management AND the CWU.

2 DO YOU USE A TROLLEY, if so ive narrowed you down to one of the three who use trolleys, i doubt it personally, try using your own INITIATIVE

4 When i have a problem i go and consult the union lads for advice,you should try it yourself.What would you like the union to address you about,you seem quite keen on the union[lack of]this being the case there is an agm next weekend,maybe you could go along and voice your concerns to these fellows
5 Agree with 90percent of this especially the late phonecalls, if you are as knowledgable as you state you are you will know the unions hands are tied when it comes to managers seeking interviews
6 Yes it is a wonder, a good percentage of the members in this office are hanging the loyal few out to dry
