I've only just sorted my family friendly out, it didn't take long :left:

Upshot is i'll now start 1 hour earlier and be in at 0543! and 0643 on others. I've also come off my walk that i've held for 3+ years (p+l) to go onto a cycle duty.

Quite happy with that but the way it was done was totally :d'oh!
How far from the office is the cycle duty? Has your office had its revision yet as I thought RM were axing all cycle duties

Our ever trustworthy DOM tried to convince us to agree to a later start before our revision goes through doing so would release the £800 bonus that we are already entitled to, seeing as we have already been waiting over 2 years, we told him thanks but no thanks 'He blamed the need for a later start on MCs possibly changing their drop times. Time will tell .

Duty is more or less outside the office. Our office has had the revision and originally the walk was part of a 'tristar' but it did not work so all three duty's went to bikes.

Royal Mail treats it's employees like shyte, so much so, that the spite and malice of Royal Mail management even finds it's way to our children.
A truly horrible, nasty, spiteful company to have to slave for.

Why do your walks take so long to prep? In our office even the commercials that get so much mail they need a Transit don't take anywhere near that.

We regularly don't finish on IPS until 7.45/8 and we're out of the office for 9.30/9.45.
