TBH dingo, the cumulative affect of doing these big deliveries on people will come out in due course with the number of posties having to take IHR. People are really feeling the strain in my office, the youngsters can still run round, but once you are past 45, and have done the job for 20 odd years, your body has taken a bit of a battering, you come home sit down, and the next time you get up you are hobbling around like an old man. The thing is it all looks fine and dandy on a computer screen, but we are not machines.
