Yeah he was and that explains why Royal Mail is f****d. Paying ot to too many slow coaches!

Why have people got the quick/runners deal all mixed up. In simplified terms to me:

A "runner" to me is someone who cuts corners and takes chances all in a bid to finish early.

A quick postie is someone who naturally works quicker than an average person, but still plays it by the book and cuts off or claims when they go over.

The difference is the intention to, not the act of, finishing early.

As I say I have simplified this post otherwise to would turn into a book all by itself.
