Then you Have months of bullying to look forward to. Dont give in why should you work late why should you skip your break and why should They make savings off you killing yourself. Finding it very hard now not to lose my temper everyday . And it wont get any better full stop . Why arent we voting for strike. Stress stress stress lies bullying and bollocks Thats how we Havent modernised.
we are 18 months into our revision and still nothing has been done no walk tests etc most walks failing except some tues. most people now working to time as they have give up manager keep collecting his bonus though

That is pants for all you people who have had revisions  as we all know they are deemed to fail from the outset,we are in an area where it has gone to disagreement as you can imagine the atmosphere is pretty grim, the planner is so stressed out, along with the manager that is on release! because we have been down the same road before, when talking with the manager yesterday he said they were not allowed to make decisions locally and that all revisions were based on flexing,i asked out of interest what happens when alot of us just say we want to do our hours not stay out he replied we will have failing delivery's!we already have delivery's that cannot be completed because of previous revisions he replied i know they are going to be worse  so i ask what is the point of letting this through to have a bigger mess than we have now?

We had a DOM that apparently had the stones to point out to his boss that the previous DOM had made a complete balls up and we were 100s of hours under staffed. You can imagine what happened next; new DOM next week.

Our DO is the equivalent of the Eastern Front. :left:

Well Bigcol....just goes to show....when you DO get a Manager that tries to stick up for his office he just gets Shat on from above! :no no I know Managers don't get a lot of sympathy on here but they're often in the same boat as us, is it any wonder that they'd rather s**t on their own office than get grief from above? They don't get paid enough to have any principles or integrity! :whistle
What they don't realise is that eventually it'll be them getting the elbow AFTER they've tried to make as many savings as they can....then RM will bring in another "New Broom" to TRY and make some more savings.
