If I get the witness to write, print and sign a copy of his testimony, can I submit this either on the day I next see the manager, which will be when his decidion is told to me, or at appeal?

if its the same manager who is refusing to interview the witness, then i think you will be wasting your time.especially since he will be giving you his decision on this day. because he has undoubtedly prejudged the outcome. and wouldnt bat an eyelid at the statement of a witness he has no intention of listening to. get the rep who is with you to ask why he is ignoring a witness. and tell him you will be using it at appeal.

Give ACAS a nudge, click link below and give them a bell, I needed them several years ago and they knew all the right buttons to press so to speak, do it, they're specialists in this sort of thing, please don't be afraid to call them, they are so on the money :wink:
