Sackings at Watford?

We have been told many times that it is Kent Area policy that private cars are not to be used on delivery. We are not allowed to carry mail either to or from our delivery, but we are allowed to transport ourselves. Obviously they turn a blind eye and some still use them especially on O/T. It's very strange because in WTL they said we could be conduct coded if we used them and the same day they look the other way as the numpty's load their cars. Where's the point in telling them not to use them, they know the damage they are doing to our campaign but they just don't care.
