i find the constant moaning of customers the most annoying, one said to me a few days ago "do you know its not your fault but we posted a letter for just a few miles away FIVE DAYS AGO and its stll not got there" and the wife joined in with "still not got there" i just
rubbed in the salt by saying yeah and the prices are going up aswell if someone is rudeto you i say just return the compliment .
