I actually believe that some % of bonus for some levels of management rests on these HYS surveys, totally wrong unless RM at the very top Ie Moya & her team don't want the real feelings and comments known.

Everybody IMHO should fail to fill them in or say nothing on the form and hand it back sealed, but I would want to post my own, dont trust RM lower managers to not open them.

The reason not to, is that there is def feedback if the whole office bar a very few fail to send any replies then they send somebody in to ask why?

Whats the addy? since everybody 'has' to fill these out and since I've never had a WTLL I would like to pop a quick note together stating that postie me hasn't completed the form, if there is one under my name it would be fraudulent.

Why not get everybody in your office to fill one in, with everyone ticking the 'strongly agree' box on every question that makes the management look good.
Surely a 100% satisfaction rating on every question from every person at that location would arouse suspicion at HQ ? Maybe they'd even leap to the conclusion that management must have filled them in themselves to get such praise, and launch an investigation to find out what problems are being covered up :left:

Twas thoroughly peed off as to management telling us to return the surveys in their sealed pre paid return envelopes.

So I contacted Ipsos-MORI (Marc Sowik) and asked basically for what reason do you think we are being told by Royal Mail and their management teams to upon completion of these suveys and after having put them into a sealed pre paid return envelope to hand them back to them. Why as employees can't we just post them back via a normal post box.

The answer back was:
It is our preference for the surveys to be sent back in bulk by managers as this makes it easier to track the returns of the surveys – and hopefully means we get them back a bit quicker too in order to process them. However if employees wish they can send them back separately using the pre-paid envelope instead, that is completely fine – it’s just not our primary choice.

Hope this helps,
Ipsos-MORI

by each office sending the replies back by bulk, surely an indavidual office can then be identified by the comments made in confidence

we had ours yesterday, i was not informed and i start at 10 am.

they got the staff upstairs in the canteen to fill them out. each envelope was put together and sent off in a registered bundle

It runs from 10-30 April.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

I have given my staff a week to fill it out. Your DOM should do the same. :dance
