Well I received a call from someone at Acas yesterday. He said he would be helping me sort out my situation to prevent me going court if I don't need to.

He said he had spoke to Angard and they said they had paid me £750 odd, when in reality, they paid me £387. He asked what I wanted, I told him my missing hours, missing pay, holiday pay, bank charges etc and he told me that he would get in touch with Angard again and ring me back when he has some news.

Let's see what they tell Acas this time!

I might be stupid but I'm just wondering incase I've done something wrong!

well i did mine early hours of this morning and i hit submit and nothing happened and then all of a sudden, it said that it had been submitted. i received 2 emails - one confirming the submission and another auto reply from my closest court.
email came from Employment Tribunal Service <ets@legatio.com>

if you saved the document, go back into it and if the red [submit completed claim] button is present try submitting it again? failing that, maybe go back to the site and see if your copy is sitting in limbo on your pc? if not, you may need to complete it again?

i had a call from my acas representative today saying in my case i definately wont be able to get compensation out of them but will get my holiday but i had to send them an email saying i resign and to request remaining holiday and p45 to be sent to me.also for some strange reason i have been sent £94.85 now i am very worried no explanation as to what this payment is for as they only owe me £39 now damn idiots i expect i will have to pay that back now honestly the combined iq of everybody at angard must be single digits

Could any of it be refund of Tax or lets hope you get a payslip showing what its for

i had an email confirming receipt of the et1 which they said will take up to 10 days to confirm wether its a viable case i have had some wage slips but not all of them and the last one was a joke.i mainly also dont think they are going to cough up holiday accured or get it right so that was another box to tick on et1 also compensation ive only asked for a small £100 on top of what im owed due to avoidable stress over xmas.at least that sounds a reasonable amount i will see what happens

I am probs gunna demand a grand compensation!!!!

not sure if it makes any difference but worth a go..? also try another internet browser, my firefox was playing up at first but tried on google chrome and it worked first time

had another call from an acas representative yesterday morning and regarding holiday pay, he said it depends on whether you left, or angard terminating your contract, and that angard said it would be paid automatically after 28 days or something. i told him it was already the 28th day since i stopped working and he said he would get back in touch with them..
well at least he can get in touch with them, so i don't have to spend ages ringing in. not rang angard in a while (is it still the same?)
