I would just like to say that I believe that the revisions are working, the management have been absolutely fair, the BT 2010 was the deal of the century and I have never criticised either party

They are beginning to take RMC seriously. Our Swindon Pay campaign on here has got Supply Chain PAs an extra percent pay rise consolidated from bonus money.

As well as publishing those Delivery Offices where Revisions are Working perhaps we should have a list of Offices where the Revision has been "Suspended"! Or do these count as Failures?
Due to Bournemouth Hemorrhaging Money, basically because too many jobs were taken out during the FAILED Revision, surrounding offices have had their "Proposed" Revisions Suspended...Like it or not...even if they were happy to go ahead. The theory is RM need to get Bournemouth's revision working..i.e Stop costing them a fortune in OT to achieve the same... once it's within acceptable limits they'll allow other offices to have a go!
Meantime it's Business as usual, which suits those who like the status quo but doesn't offer any hope to those who were going to have their contracts increased/improved!

May I just add to the way we are dealt with by the directors. During a meeting on proposed revisions and lump sum payments. This is what they stated:
"I've got 300 million paaaaand! here for your members"!
That is what we are up against as trade unionists.
W have to tell them what these lump sum payments are. Also we replied " How dare you talk to us like that!" to add "put that in our basic pay!"
