The problem isn't with park and loop, probably must people would agree its better because your not carrying too much mail at one time. The problem lies with the length of the walk, their are longer in timespan than..........the computer says!!!!

100% spot on , if they give us achievable workloads I would prefer it over how we worked pre revision . Our office has had some good news this week , 2 duties lost through revision are making a come back .

our office has hade the revision for 7 weeks now under the 2010 agreement, p&l,,, we cannot cope any longer,, mail everywhere... no time for a break, no time to go to the toilet, rush, rush, rush all the time.. why are management torturing posties.. us......... management are breaking people to the point of no return............. please stop...........

we were informed this morning by dom our region ayrshire and all other regions in scotland revisions suspended
reason unworkable no more revisions undertaken until the mess everywhere else is sorted
i informed him this is now national all revisions put on hold , he didn,t know that but did admit all scottish do,s to suspend revisions
also informed him of privatisation going through parliament . answer oh no.........

in sympathy we are not all in strong offices and there is a lot of divide and conquer about ......so it's much easier said than done if your few and far between...we are in a office that has a fully implemented revision ws-mail /p+l/hct's etc 10 years plus in andi i swear i have never seen such a mess in my life mail everywere no room to stack it yorks in loading bay/stacks of trays of flats like a f*cking skyscraper at you frame ...h+s is out the f*cking window dom dont give a s**t just us a hard time when he gets his ear felt from those above him. they think we dont want it to work the usuall excuse but we have tried but it is impossible duties are a few easy picks for senior men the rest fu*ked.i think we shold all phone cwu hq and blow the f*cking phone line of the scales with complaints and get those that have ft release etc to come and sort it out ...after all thay are getting paid for it

gotta do somthing what ever happens ...if it's might as well give up attitude they rm win .i do think the lack of noise up from those above means they may of realised what a mess we are now in and have been lead in with the appathy of those that cant be arsed to vote or those that follow branch recccomendations without reading the small print of the agreement.

i voted againt this crap and so did my office a quite a few others that i know but that was not enough .that was then and this is now we cant change history only make it.i say to those above cwu admit you have f*cked up speak to the membership and try and reverse the bad feeling from membership to it's own leadership so we can eventually fight together to protect our pay/condition/jobs etc
it may seem a pipe dream but it's all we have!

or maybe we should look at all those branches that voted against this rubbish and list there names and vote them reps in to replace the weak that were afraid to speak up to billy and dave
