And it's down to the managers to enforce the rules and if necessary the conduct code on those who don't.
How then do reps at local level represent their own members who continue to flout the rules?
Advice should be given to all members on the correct procedure and the consequences of not following that procedure...but if members continue to ignore these warnings i'm afraid they would face those consequences without any help from me....that's just a personal stance.
I would never actively encourage managers to use the conduct code....that's not my job.
