Re: have your DOM ignored the D2D agreement
Well once again we have had no information on D2D in our office, we never have work time learning sessions and havent seen a manager for about 2 months. So basically just left to get on with it. We do them as we wish, leaving some for the day off cover and finished before sat. When we go over our time which is definatly every wed, thurs, fri and can be sat we book the overtime.

Re: have your DOM ignored the D2D agreement
attended a love in session for managers and union reps at taunton on wednesday..
was told in no uncertain terms that we must prep 1/6th each day or risk conduct code if we leave the live mail(clear frame policy)in frame
i had a good old argument with the rest of the reps and managers..
they have changed yet another thing on the agreement without our(members)permission
the agreement says,it will be left to the duty holder .as long as they are all done by saturday..
they have now changed it to 1/6th or face the code...
this is yet another piece of the agreement we all voted on being ripped up only weeks later..
how is this moral or legal..shouldnt we get another vote..shouldnt the union do what we tell it,not the other way round....

1/6th day minium if you want do more then thats fine. I imagine thats what is meant by del spec not affected.
Whilst the planned workload will be spread across the 6 days, delivery employees will have the ability to manage the delivery of the items themselves on the proviso that all items are delivered within the week and the delivery specification is not affected.

Well if they get a day specific on Saturday they won't have a choice - I'm surprised there hasn't been one yet.eian687 wrote:try telling our DOM and CWU rep that................cos i have had no luck....keep telling them it 1/6th a day and not 1/5 th mon - fribitchface wrote:umm no both town and rurals must be cleared.clear frame policy for all

Re: have your DOM ignored the D2D agreement
Definatly not boasting but we work in a way of if they cant be arsed telling us whats going on we'll do them as we want when we want. Who is to tell us anything different if they cant be arsed coming to see us properly. Theyre more bothered about a back to work interview but they cant get that right. One lad had a manager turn up at his house last week unannounced and not arranged for an interview on why he was off.Patrick Clifton wrote:I dont know if your are complaining or boastingdejavu wrote:Well once again we have had no information on D2D in our office, we never have work time learning sessions and havent seen a manager for about 2 months. Aggree with the management point, but what about your colleagues? Are they not making it easer for management to screw you over?tolkien wrote:here we are still some weeks after this agreement was agreed still nothing done to give us the time to prep and deliver the D2Ds frame still not marked , DOM told the rep he expects us to absorb them into our workload with out any time allowed 4 every week so far , so some idiots are coming in in there own time and doing them just to get them done .
me still doing the 16% a day and booking or cutting off every day as there just is not enough time to do it and the lapsing ,
anyone still trust the managment to keep there word , i certainly dont ,
Wtf is wrong with the people we work with ffs!

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Coming to an office near you, the "I'm alright Jack ,can't see beyond tomorrow brigade" Dead heads and petty bile merchants ,they poison everything and then ask why stuff is so venemousPOSTMAN wrote:Aggree with the management point, but what about your colleagues?
