Thanks for your email. We are acutely aware that a number of groups of members have been paid lower amounts or not at all, contrary to what we believe was agreed at the time of the agreement. Those issues, including the reduction by 2% of the supplement to those members purchasing annual leave, have been raised with Royal Mail and are to be the subject of discussion at a top level meeting next week.
Please rest assured that the issue is in hand and further developments will be reported in due course

Says it all really! What are we four weeks in, 5? And this is supposed to last for three years? I suppose it would help if those negotiating had to pass a literacy test.

Well 53p x 52 is around 25 quid
Multiply that by how many years left i have and im being diddled by just under a grand.
This is one of the reasons why i claim for every second of over time. It mounts up over you working life.
I was once warned by a manager that I shouldnt be so petty when claiming 3mins and 21 seconds overtime. I said he allows only 20 seconds for each redirection so it is he who shouldnt be petty.
If youre entitled to it you should get it.
