Hi GB93,well we are not in the London Division and we made the Interim Agreement work, alongside the Way Forward and the SDD agreement. We balloted quickly too on ALL issues. Not to mention our collections run out of our office as well. The agreements are there in black and white. It is time ,instead of slating each other on here, and make this happen in your office.Don't sit on the sidelines...if it's broken...fix it!!

Our office also has collections , M-F, however i find it bizarre why these so called options for 1 in 4 SAT's off have yet to be published,
After all the top people on both sides have been locked away for nigh on 4 months, there is an answer SO WHY NOT LET US KNOW, i
cannot for the life of me understand at least why the possible options have not been shared - IT CANNOT BE TOP SECRET ANYMORE.
Unless the option is sort it at local level - in that case get the nurofen

It could all be down to your preference excersise,(MTFS). Also rotating with your collections with your runarounds and your walks.OK,it may mean a week of lates and week of earlys. But on that basis you could have a Saturday off every 3 weeks. There is a start.

Were you involved in your collections revisions? If not get involved now. Many H&S issues in which have been over looked. Do yor own CMD via the 12 step/6 step revisions.

This change was not Interim Agreement Compliant. "Change Is Change". If this happened in 2009 without agreement then you lot need to PUT IT BACK.It is a dis-service to your members and the public. What have YOU done about it?
