2 week ago i had the usual three ( 1 at 4p an item) which gave me around £60. Since then hardly any have arrived in the office when usually every delivery has 3 or more

They probably think everyone is stupid with brains like goldfish. Lets give them 1 or 2 a week in the run up to the ballot then they will vote yes because they will think a regular payment of £20 is a good deal

Then after all the suckers have voted it in, lets hit them with 7 a week
