they could tailor a percentage of dutys in DOs _ can t speak for MCs or dist _ for people who have to finish by a certain time
Im talking about people who for years have never worked OT or done SA because of family commitments
Any change to later finishes eg after 3pm could force a lot of decent posties out of the job
A lot took this job because of the finishing times
Later finishes IS a big issue :nervous :nervous
