Sorry to hear about that k66yla,but it does seem a bit confusing,could it be the fact that youve only been on the door 2 years?The guys in my office have been P.H.GS. for a long time and maybe thats why they get it as the way forward affected there money and were given the leadership allowance instead?I dunno,a few of the other guys seem to think you should get something,Tommo where are you mate.

K66yla,, Dont quote me on this but that now the UNIGRADE has come in and Old PHG jobs are up for all that are suited..??? (dont know wot that means)? Skills tested i suppose.. And trained.. But K66yla i read in your old post that you left the job and come back... Did you leave as a PHG and then returned as a OPG after the way forward kicked in??? Or just as a old P.Wmn?? Really in both ways you are seen as a OPG and thats all.. IF you was a ex PHG and still got the £20 and £500 pay off to lose the grade the payments that are talked of are for previous PHG's that have constantly done a PHG job and then RM cant down pay them.. Im sure this is true? I will ask about.. how long the payments carry on for constant PHG's!!!! As i said.. Due to the way forward if you took the job your now on after the agreement then you wont get the payments and RM wont honour it either sadly enough!!! This is another feck up we made by letting this shite come in for our 30 peices of silver.. We have all the strings attatched that feck us up now.... THIS IS ANOTHER REASON TO FIGHT THE STRINGS AND BULLSHITE THAT BIG AL IS TRYING TO BRING IN NOW!!!!

If you think its bad now it will be twice as bad if we let it happen........ In my opinion as humble as it is.......

is responsibility pay still given to people going into a job or is it only for ex phgs i certain jobs does anyone know for certain
