ONLY IF THE DIVISIONAL REP HAS DISCUSSED THE DISAGREEMENT CAN EXEC ACTION BE TAKEN.
DON'T LET THESE RM BULLIES PUSH YOU INTO CHANGES YOU DON'T WANT. :cfo
I wouldn't be asking our rep anything. He was the prime mover in getting us on later starts.
There are reps, and there are reps!
The Industrial Workers of the World. The union whose members never scab!

I have a feeling though that come Aug the Management will enforce these changes on us by exe action. I also believe that if this happens, CWU head office have already said that the offices concerned will be balloted.
This really is the summer of discontent. DONT!!! GIVE ANYTHING UP!!! Once it is gone, it will be very hard to get it back.
Stand firm, unity is strength, once they have some of these changes in some of the offices they will say, well it works there so why not here etc, etc.
Great post.
IF YOU GIVE IT UP YOU WILL NEVER GET IT BACK FULL STOP!!!
We will ballot for further IA if they force through their changes and on the ballot paper we will have I/A and overtime ban.

I actually feel that the business know we will hold out doing odd days and basically being a real pain in the arse. So their next move will be to force an all out strike. That way they will try to keep us out as long as possible and make us grovel back signing away everything. So they will try to force through their changes by EA. Stick together is the only way to win this dispute fold and we are finished.
