when someone from london explains why they want to strike personally, and not because they are following the herd i may have empathy for them. however i will not be bullied or put on a guilt trip to support something at present i dont believe in. i have supported every single strike in my career and will do in the future, i would never cross a picket line whether i am in favour of the action or not. D.O postman gained a hell of a lot with the way forward agreement, i along with my colleagues lost a hell of a lot, maybe its time for them to share the pain we have endured for the last 10 years in other parts of the business
