CWU STATEMENT

I've lost 2 days in the past few weeks for the strikes. I feel sorry for those in London and elsewhere who have lost a lot more pay, and for what?

We had them on the ropes and we've been sold out by the union meant to fight our corner

The strike breakers must be laughing.

I admire your resolve "MR PANTS" .. but unfortunatly your quite isolated , scan the thread`s and post`s the member`s have had enough, 2007 ect.. what are we suppose to do ?? we we`re in the perfect position ...xmas coming ect, we`ve been shat on big time by the cwu .....why not do this before anyone lost any money ???

the situation is, coming from my office (which i will not name), this could have major consequences and im prepared for tomorrows meeting, to see the entire office leave the union.

the union have just done what employers have been trying to do for years, that is make the working man have less trust in the union than the employer, cause lets face it at least RM tell you they are going to f**k you

don't just walk away from the union . . . .WE ARE THE UNION . . . if we have no faith in our current leaders then there are ways to get them out and replace them, but we must either stand together to fight our enemies or just curl up and die right now . . . . I intend to fight no matter what the odds are

Its came out since the miners strikes that members of margaret thatchers inner government covertly used the NF/BNP to cause trouble amongst striking miners and on the picket lines(easily done with the flying picket scenario as no-one knows for sure if visiting strikers were miners or police infiltraters). The BNP are sheep in wolves clothing make no mistake. they are by no means the saviour of postmen.

The BNP were not around in thatchers times it was the national front ,times have moved on the BNP are not the national front, do not believe in news properganda, all the television and press are run by this government we are a communist country in disguise, how many more times must we be s**t on before we all wake up and smell the roses . union jack i agree with nearly all you say but what we need is more people like Tony Benn and george galloway.I think the time is right for a new party for the working man f**k labour couldnt put a fag paper between them and the tories,lets use the trade union movement to fund a new party
