We have a few new estates being built in a town near here and neither of them are on Sat Nav - in fact no maps can currently be purchased that shows the new estates even though people are now living in them (some for a year).REDLETTER wrote:Tell them to buy a Sat Nav - cheapskates

Tell them to go to the Developers Showhome - you know the ones that only open Friday, Saturday and Sundays and ask for the plot numbersCourtneyCox wrote:We have a few new estates being built in a town near here and neither of them are on Sat Nav - in fact no maps can currently be purchased that shows the new estates even though people are now living in them (some for a year).REDLETTER wrote:Tell them to buy a Sat Nav - cheapskates

The regular postie will pick up the new addresses very quickly because they often meet the people moving in and are given the correct information.REDLETTER wrote:Tell them to go to the Developers Showhome - you know the ones that only open Friday, Saturday and Sundays and ask for the plot numbersCourtneyCox wrote:We have a few new estates being built in a town near here and neither of them are on Sat Nav - in fact no maps can currently be purchased that shows the new estates even though people are now living in them (some for a year).REDLETTER wrote:Tell them to buy a Sat Nav - cheapskates

I am always asked directions outside the bakers when i get a sandwich just before my first delivery point, its difficult to give directions with a mouthful of bacon butter and brown sauce but if i am asked i will always help. Anybody who is narrow minded enough to refuse to give directions to a fellow working man may as well become Lord Mandys part time rent boy. Lordy lordy just not enough hours in da day .
