Funny thing about RM is that if you stay long enough you see that all the grand plans and schemes are cyclical. What was great yesterday is crap today, but it will be great again next week. Hang in there, because things change.But Due to the recent cutbacks etc etc I've now lost all my morning overtime. I've also been told that i will never be made to a Full time contract ! (40hours) Do your self a favour get out and get your head down and make a future for your self!
If he's "making a future for himself" with a real job with real training, then great, but during the current recession (and probably beyond) those at the bottom are really going to suffer job-wise.
RMC's professional whiners won't agree, but RM is still a "regular" job with A/L, sick pay, HR and the rest, and he may find if he jumps too soon that he's jumped into a much hotter fire.
