It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Tell me, do you get the duty done much quicker without doing D2Ds or is it about the same?marie wrote:I haven't had any leaflets for a fortnight
I know for me it's about the same because I only take out 25% each day when I do have them.

2 lots this week, double glazing and the ever popular pizza leaflet. I always seem to have pizza leaflets, the 2 companies in my town must have them done on alternate weeks. Why? I know what to do if I fancy a take a way pizza, i don't need a leaflet every week to remind me. Seems some companies haven't heard of the recession.

I had one for conservatries which had to be delivered to all addresses, the only problem is about half the duty are flats and folds who couldn't put one up even if they had the money
