Yep. That’s why the union are hilarious when they keep putting out brave statements about not agreeing to any uso changes until their demands are met. They hold absolutely no power after screwing everything up over the last few years of Wards shambolic leadership and Royal Mail know it.

I'm sure they won't be forgetting that OPG Delivery duties are plentiful and failing daily. Processing and Management seem to be the parasitic jobs that the business is currently hemorrhaging money to.
No savings to be made removing jobs from processing, some shifts are virtually all casuals. There's only scope to remove jobs from deliveries

You've already said that deliverys are being replaced, the thing is, 3 new starts have written off 3 brand new electric vans in our office, so replace all you want.
