We have been told it is NOT going to work with 3 doing 4 duties as person taking parcels + 1C for two walks is overloaded + they will have to work from a HCT
We are planning on 5 doing 6 duties , with OPGs taking out a walk and half of parcels as this is more manageable
Also been told core walks taking out double / treble mail will be overloaded too but to carry on regardless
So we are already planning to fail
