I have my sarnies in the van at 11.30, not interested in having my break before I go out. Like to get on with it and break the back of it then have a rest. Each to their own.

I park up at 11.20 and enjoy a marks a Spencer’s wrap that’s only on a Friday,the rest of the week I have fish paste sandwiches,crisps and a penguin lol

If you read the Heath and Safety at Work act, Welfare Regulations, section 22 states breaks must be taken where there are washing facilities, somewhere to prepare a hot or cold drink and eat your food away from your work area. Section 23 tells you what exemptions are in place, Emergency Services and the military are the only exceptions
