What can I do about ?
Knock the s**t out of him. Away from the work obviously. Surely there are cameras covering the car park if it's on RM property. Sounds like a knob end. :arrrghhh

Great idea. A court appearance and losing your job would improve the situation immensely.

Shouldn't have even needed to ask, you should have reported him immediately & especially now if you've got a recording of him doing it.

If there is any "backlash" as in if anyone in the office tries to defend the tramp's actions, well I wouldn't even be polite about it, I'd tell them to f**k off & go f**k themselves.

There is no justification at all for it at all & should be sacked, no way for a supposed adult to behave.

You've more patience than most even typing this out, about 99% of other people would have blown a gasket, I know I would have.

Thanks . It's is good to get a different perspective on things. That's why I ask.

If you know who it is have a quiet word about it explain why it is not the done thing as to this report it to the police as harassment if nothing else they could haul him/her in about the harassment and gain DNA samples from them who knows what else but don't disclose this yet just have a nice talk!

Absolutely NO reason, absolutely NO excuse for this. I would not even hesitate in throwing the book at the low life parasite. He deserves to be sacked, deserves to have the police involved. Do the right thing, throw the book at him.

Do you seriously think the Police are going to send DNA samples to the lab for testing?

Agreed, he was threatened physically by a colleague a couple of years ago who has since retired and now another colleague has spat on his car and he doesn't know what to do, so posts on an internet forum asking for advice. Bit of a theme going on.

Whatever next? Stuck on the toilet with no toilet roll? Just feckin weird.

I never asked if you seriously think the Police are going to act on it - I asked if you think they send DNA samples to the lab :chuckle
