Meet the team at Scarborough who on Sunday were faced with 712 T24 to deliver after Amazon dropped an extra 500 above the expected number. The team plus 3 colleagues from Bridlington worked through until 9pm and nailed 100% Q of S !!!!

I honestly don't know whether to be in despair or impressed at what those colleagues achieved.
And what happened to RM's famous forecasting capabilities and communications with their sending customers?
They're obviously non-existent. Doesn't bode well for notification of proposed shift changes in the 'changes' they're trying to force on us.

On Sunday we resourced for 800 and ended up with 300.
Our guys were home by 3pm.
I'm told there was much laughter.

Obviously no mention of how much extra they got paid to clear it, bet it cost RM a small fortune, profit in minus figures as per regular Sunday LAT working but never mind it's a great story.
