OPG

It was my understanding that OPG’s would not have to login to PDA’s to complete the survey. This does not appear to be the case as you have to login and then go to the “my links tile”
Can someone confirm if this a problem with my PDA’s or are we asking people to login before completion of the survey. This will no doubt be an issue for some regarding our assurances of anonymity
Thanks

Employee Engagement Manager

thanks for the question. Whilst the ‘MyLinks’ tile is accessed after you have logged into your PDA, the survey link which you click goes to a generic weblink which is not connected in anyway to your PDA login. This is why you still need to enter your team code to identify where you work. The survey is 100% anonymous.

Reluctantly but was very honest . Strongly disagree being the most favoured response . I also let rip on the shambles the job has now become . It won’t change anything though as per .

Cakes and biccies on display in my office . I refused when offered . Didn’t fall for the rather gut wrenching kindness and wrote everything I felt about the company answering the questions honestly . Oh and a grand gesture of lapsing was still put on the table . Thanks a bunch

Something doesn't smell right about how this survey is conducted - as
there seems to be a bit of a flaw in the system of submitting a survey
as it seems that if you use the http link on the postcard and start typing
in your unit code, multiple locations appear until you've fully put in your
unit code - therefore you can select a unit from the drop down list that is not yours
and can do it multiple times (don't know if this is the case with other ways
of submitting).

So how can the survey company say these results are an accurate representation?

Do they cull a proportion of (poor scoring) outlier responses because they know there
is this flaw in the system - and because these outlier responses will probably not show RM in a good light the
cull of them make RM look better?

Or does the survey company monitor IP addresses to reject multiple submissions
from a single IP address and therefore the survey is not truly anonymous? What
if a colleague wanted to use my tablet/device to send their survey?
