All that goes to further show is RM absolutely rely on overtime to get the job done every day.
Instead of employing more people.
They're basically saving a lot of money, a lot of it in saved pension contributions, not having to pay people on holiday, those peoples holiday pay etc. etc.
And that's before you factor in how much people are losing out on through this deal, basically their reward for bailing RM out of the s**t every single day of the week.
