I’m not in the union anymore, I did the case myself
You logged a case with ACAS?
If so you should have had an email from Weightmans solicitors by now (they are RM's solicitors), giving you details of agreement.
You should also have had an email from ACAS themselves, you only have until next Friday to tell them you want to keep your claim going, otherwise you get the agreement deal automatically.
I’ve got a case logged with ACAS and haven’t received any email

You need to get onto them ASAP.
They are compiling a list of complainants, and final numbers need to be in by this Friday.
Do this or your case will be considered closed, it says this in the email I received.

Also got a case logged but no contact yet. I don't know if it matters, but I originally logged my case as an individual, some weeks after that I received an email from the court in Bristol asking if I wanted CWU solicitors to act on my behalf and I just said yes.
CWU have kindly sold their members down the river and are no longer supporting claims as they think the deal is so fantastic.
Anyone with an open case needs to get onto the court at Bristol pronto.

I spoke to Bristol on Friday only to be told the person who knows about the RM claims is on leave
Zara Kent.
You need to send an email to Bristolet with your reference number if you want to keep your claim open.
You will receive an automatic response to say they have received it.
Then it's a waiting game to see what RM and their solicitors do next.
I was told the hearings won't be until 2024, but if enough people keep their claims open it's likely the judge will want to do it sooner.
Early reconciiation is still an option but only if RM don't want to go to court, which I was told is unlikely as their position is, basically, hopeless.

I left a message today as when I called there wan no reply. It’s a reyt shambles eh. Also I thought it was average pay while on leave not average pay 6 month after you were on leave if you met a b and c criteria. Union have done its members over here. I can’t see this ending well for anybody other than RM. Shame
Just an update for anyone with an open case.
Received an email from ACAS today to inform me that a telephone meeting has been set up in October (no specific date given), between the legal bods.
My case and 18 others, so looks like they are doing them in batches.
Hopefully will hear something soon, given that payments are starting this week for the ones that have rolled over.
