Tues: day off
Wed: started 1 hr 30 m early, prepped, huge amount of packets, last one out, tried to break the back of the d2d, finished 90 mins past me time.
Thurs: started 1 hr 30m early, prepped, huge lot of packets again, last one out again, finished 90 mins past me time again
Friday: ditto early start, prepped, will the packet mountain ever decrease? not last out but later than most, finished 1 hr 45m past me time

Why are you starting early?
If you tolerate this, then your paid break will be next

I should have said 'before my rota'd start time', i do get paid for all the time, early and late, that i work. Seems they just cant get the all the p/t walks prepped so they ask me to come in early and prep my own, that's another 7 hours a week and comes in handy.Acca Dacca wrote: It begs the question.

Yeah none for us this week, looks like some will have them for the sake of a day in December (Tuesday 1st instead of Monday I guess)TrueBlueTerrier wrote:D2d Agreement says that first full week in December they can give us D2Ds. Busy day Saturday, loads of packets and cards, although the mags were down a bit. Monday we had an easier day than I expected. Even the packets were not as bad as I thought they would be. Ah well, day off tomorrow.

3 d2ds as every week
mail was light (70% call rate)but packets were horrific. Had to knock on 40 doors. Went 10 minutes over which was good as i'd estimated 30 mins before i left. Manager will be very pleased
