i realy do hope you lot all lose your jobs this is silly there are familys strugerling to make ends meat and you lot all want a pay rise wich proberbly works out to be sod all wich you may even not see and the big cheffs will get yet its the normal post office staff out on stryke yet theres braver men than you out there still doing there jobs like the armd forces and the fire fiters who wont get a pay rice and thay do a lot more than you ok you lot all walk posting letters in all weather BUT YOU ALL KNOW WHAT THE JOB WAS A BOUT so if you dont like it dont do the job or get off the picket line start to do your job right and get on with it try to deliver letters befor mid day and ask for a pay rise you just seem to want some think for nothink GROW UP AND GET BACK TO f***ing WORK NOW

Very heavy today with Sky mags and what looked like all the mailsort and DSA they had cluttering up the mail centre. Packets weren't too bad though.

Had Sky mags too. Overall, not the worst day ever. Had a few " i thought you were on strike" comments, and had a firm on delivery giving me the 20 questions. They said they had a lot of sympathy for our predicament and also said they thought , the public were behind us. They blamed the dispute soundly on the government. :mfo

5 of 12 busineses hadnt anything ready to post as they thought we were on strike.

what a way for Royal mail to treat customers by not reasuring them!!

also plenty of support for the posties amongst these busineses

Loads on today as RM try to beat the strikes. Flexing hours backfired on them a bit today. More flexing tomorrow, and can see that failing too. Plenty of chatter about the failed talks. Think a few are a bit unhappy that they haven't sorted things but most are pretty determined.

Surprisingly good, expected the APC to send all the yorks in sacks to cut and tip. Only afew like that. Mostly mech and packets. Shame about the 21 Specials on the late lorry spoiling it.

I fell a couple of days ago and the first thing I did was look around to see if anyone had seen me and not worry about the hole in my knee and elbow It's a sad situation when you're more worried about what other people think than with what physical damage you've done to yourself

Easiest day I've had in years. Did a bit of lapsing, had to take mail for a block of flats back cos I couldn't get in. Then went off to do my own walk, 3.5hrs the lot. No mech, everything manually sorted. Definitely causing problems for RM with these strikes.

Hi gang
On the picket line at 5.30 was ok 27 of us out of 80 not to bad I suppose.

To my Suprise 1 man crossed the picket line then an hour later 4 more drove through the line and said they where going in to work.

Words fail me we are all one unit fighting one battle.

People like the strike breakers will make the union a joke

Absoultely horrendous today, really really heavy on the mech.........hope everything went well on your picket lines, our DO was gutted we had to go out Thursday with the MC
